Policies

If you are visiting us for the first time, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out paperwork for your service(s). Please keep voices down upon entering the building as other services may be in session. Turn your cell phone off or put it on silent to ensure your service or another service is not interrupted. If you need to make any calls please do so outside. Proper draping is always used; should something uncomfortable at any time during the service please inform the technician. Sexual misconduct will not be tolerated. Your session will end and you will be charged the full amount; a report will also be filed against you with the local police department. We strive to provide you with a safe and relaxing environment. 

Appointments cancelled less than 12 hours before appointment time will be charged 50% of service. No Call/No Show appointments will be charged 100% of service. If you have a package or promotional offer it will be forfeited for missed appointment. If you book online and your card on file is invalid you will not be able to make any future appointments online.  If you are in violation of this policy you will be required to prepay for future appointments.

Referrals are one of the greatest compliments to receive. If you enjoyed your time spent with us, please refer your friends and family. You each will receive money off your service.
